Cancellation Policy
If you’ve placed an order and we haven’t started processing it, there will be no charge to you for canceling.  If we have done the proof, there is a cancellation fee of $15.  In the event that the proof has been approved by you and it’s been sent to our printer, you will be charged for the entire order.

Return Policy
Because our products are custom made, they cannot be returned.  By approving the proof, you certify that all information is correct.  It’s Truly Yours is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Creative Rights
It’s Truly Yours maintains the rights to all products.  It is prohibited to modify or reuse any of our designs.

Payment
It’s Truly Yours accepts payments through PayPal.  For PayPal’s privacy policy, please visit www.paypal.com.

Liability
It’s Truly Yours is not responsible for photos lost in transit.  We recommend making duplicates before you send them to us.  We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to the Unites States Postal Service.

Use of Photographs
Buy submitting photos to It’s Truly Yours, you certify that:

• you are the parent/guardian of the child(ren) in the photos or have obtained consent from the parent/guardian.

• That you own the rights to the photos.

• That you have obtained permission from the photographer if you are submitting professional photos.
